Refunds and Cancellations
Neon App Rescue sells professional diagnosis, repair, implementation, and ongoing care services.
Diagnosis
The $75 diagnosis covers review time and a repair recommendation. If no review has started, contact support quickly and a refund may be available. Once diagnosis work begins, the fee is generally not refundable.
Contained Fixes and Deposits
Contained fixes and sprint deposits reserve implementation time. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, what has already been delivered, and any written scope agreement.
Care Plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled before the next billing period. Work already performed in the active billing period is not automatically refundable.
Platform Limits
Refunds are not guaranteed when the blocker is caused by missing access, unsupported third-party behavior, platform outages, incomplete project ownership, or requirements that were not disclosed before work began.
