Neon App Rescue collects only the information needed to review, diagnose, repair, bill, and support app rescue work.
Information Collected
Intake forms may collect your name, email address, app stack, app or repo URL, deadline, budget range, project details, and optional screenshot or video links. Stripe handles payment details directly; Neon App Rescue does not store card numbers.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to respond to requests, diagnose project scope, provide paid services, manage care plans, keep internal records, and improve the service funnel.
Analytics
This site uses first-party event logging for page views and checkout clicks. IP addresses are hashed before storage. No third-party analytics platform is currently required for this tracking.
Third Parties
Stripe processes payments. Hosting, email, and security providers may process operational data needed to run the site.
Sensitive Access
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private tokens, or database credentials through public forms. Sensitive access should be shared only after a secure handoff path is confirmed.
